We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating exceptional beverages, we want to hear from you. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
The work shift we are looking to fill is for
Thursday 2:30-8:00
Friday 2:30-8:00
Saturday 10:00-2:00
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.25 per hour
Experience:
- Barista experience: 1 year (required)
- Food industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
