We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and people-oriented Front Desk Assistant who enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences for children, families, and visitors.
This role begins on a part-time basis and offers opportunities for increased responsibility, hours, and compensation over time based on performance, availability, and interest. For the right person, this position may grow into a full-time role.

Schedule Requirements
To be considered, applicants must be available:
- Monday evenings
- One additional weekday evening OR Saturday mornings
These are the minimum availability requirements for the position.
Successful candidates should also be reasonably available to:
- Assist with occasional special events, seminars, tournaments, grading ceremonies, and community activities, which may occur on weekends or evenings
- Cover shifts for other team members when available
- Attend training and onboarding sessions as required
Optional Additional Hours
Additional hours may be available during onboarding, special events, staff coverage needs, and busy periods throughout the year.
Team members who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and strong performance may have opportunities for increased hours and responsibilities over time.
What You'll Do
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors
- Assist with member check-in and attendance tracking
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and general inquiries
- Support trial students and new member onboarding
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Assist with events, promotions, and member communications
- Build positive relationships with students and families
- Support membership growth and retention initiatives
- Learn and use software systems to support daily operations
