Office Adminstrator/Compliance Manager
Job Description

Sturgeon Valley Fertilizers Ltd. is a small independent farm supply retail. We have been in business in the Sturgeon County area for over 50 years. We are seeking a candidate for a full-time office administration/compliance manager position at our Legal branch. This position will be mainly responsible for administration of the crop inputs division and the company’s safety compliance, as well as other general office administration duties.

What you will do:
  • Administration of crop protection and inputs inventory
  • Dispatching and Co-ordination of Anhydrous Ammonia deliveries from the Legal branch
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts Payable
  • Completing scheduled AWSA Warehousing and NH3 certification audit
  • Safety Compliance Administration
  • Administer the Vehicle Licensing and Permits
What you will need:
  • Ability to work extended hours during the spring and fall busy seasons
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Understanding of agriculture and agricultural practices
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information
