- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and suggest appropriate upselling opportunities.
- Support bilingual customers by communicating fluently in English ensuring inclusive service delivery.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
