Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and ambitious individual to join our Ontario-based team as a Warehouse Assistant. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for warehouse operations while also supporting various departments across the organization. We are looking for a competitive, confident, and self-driven individual eager to grow with our Winnipeg office.
Essential Position Requirements:
As a Warehouse Assistant at Cypher, you should be adaptable, self-motivated, and energetic, with a strong work ethic and a coachable attitude. You must possess excellent communication skills, charisma, and the ability to take on special projects as needed. The ideal candidate can work both independently and as part of a team while remaining accountable to company goals and strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and web-based tools
- Experience with Excel
- High School Diploma preferred
- Prior experience in warehouse, production, or equipment service roles preferred
- Ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks, and lift heavy products preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Forklift certification is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support all warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist in developing and executing departmental plans
- Monitor and collect data related to warehouse efficiency
- Accurately prepare and assemble orders for delivery
- Manually move products and materials as needed
- Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas
- Perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting 50+ pounds regularly
