What You'll Be Doing
- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Surface preparation including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
- Applying coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
- Protecting client property and furnishings
- Following Northern Edge Painting quality standards and processes
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days:
- Projects are completed with minimal deficiencies or callbacks
- Clients are impressed with your professionalism and workmanship
- You demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
- You contribute positively to the team culture
- You consistently deliver high-quality finishes
Requirements
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of professional painting experience
- Are skilled with brushing, rolling, cutting-in, and surface preparation
- Have experience with spray equipment (an asset)
- Are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
- Are dependable, punctual, and coachable

- Anyone who creates unnecessary drama or conflict on job sites

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends as required
