"The Rack" is known for its authentic approach to modern day agronomy, the Ultimate Yield Program (UYMI) is a specialized farm/land management tool designed to increase efficiency for the grower and is supported with in-house research initiatives.
The Rack offers a broad scope of first-class products and services such as: bulk fuel, bulk fertilizer, seeds, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, inoculants, custom application, and a highly skilled team of agronomists.
We are currently seeking a dynamic sales professional to join The Rack family out of the North Battleford location to lead the team as our Retail Manager.
This role is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in our North Battleford location. Working as part of The Rack team you will be looked upon to provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. You would be expected to establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market area and contribute to the development and education programs for our growers and staff. You must have the ability to be flexible in your work schedule.
We are looking for someone that brings a polished sales acumen and a thorough knowledge of the agriculture industry. You must have enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial attitude which will blend well with a culture of freethinking professionals ready for action and a business model based on results and driven by innovation. Your strong sales-based approach gives you the initiative to expand market share while maintaining a finger on the pulse of our market.
Armed with an education in agriculture and/or business, 5 years' experience in agriculture sales and the ability to lead a team of professionals, you must be ready for a new challenge that will exercise your expertise in a progressive environment.
