Independent Renovation Contractor (Bathroom & Kitchen Specialist) Location: Hamilton & surrounding areas Cleaning Takeover is expanding into small bathroom and kitchen renovations with a strong focus on tile work. We are seeking an experienced independent contractor to take ownership of project execution within this service line. This role is designed for a self-directed professional who can operate with minimal oversight. Scope of Work - Small bathroom renovations - Small kitchen renovations - Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes) - Finishing and repair work as required per project What You Will Do - Manage renovation work from start to completion on assigned projects - Maintain quality, timelines, and site professionalism - Communicate directly on site requirements when needed What We Provide - Project opportunities as they arise - Client acquisition and scheduling support - Administrative coordination (contracts, invoicing, client communication) Ideal Candidate - Proven renovation and tile installation experience - Self-managed and reliable with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and finish quality - Professional conduct on client sites - Fully equipped and insured independent contractor Application Requirements - Brief introduction - Summary of relevant experience - Portfolio or photos of completed work - Service rates or typical project pricing - Availability and service area We are looking for a contractor capable of independently running this scope of work while maintaining high standards aligned with the Cleaning Takeover brand.
