Paid Well.
We offer an annual salary of $60,000 to $85,000, including an evening shift premium, with additional monthly performance bonus opportunities.

The Role
This is a full-time evening shift position working Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
This evening shift offers a consistent weekday schedule with an evening shift premium, allowing you to enjoy your mornings while earning competitive compensation.
A rotational Saturday shift is required approximately once every eight weeks.
Order Processing (50%)
Fulfill parts orders using in-stock inventory
Source and process orders through PDCs, vendors, dealerships, and suppliers
Communicate ETA updates and arrival notifications to technicians and customers
Learn and effectively use dealership systems including Procede, CAT, Cummins, Paragon, and other online platforms required to support customers and operations
Customer Service & Support (40%)
Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and professionally
Provide timely and efficient service to both internal and external customers
Build strong working relationships with technicians, drivers, service advisors, and other departments
Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Other Responsibilities (10%)
Replenish inventory and maintain clean, organized display areas
Ensure pricing and merchandising are accurate and customer-ready
Participate in training sessions and department meetings
Process debit and credit transactions, product returns, refunds, and core credits
Education & Certifications
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum two years of parts experience within the heavy-duty trucking, commercial vehicle, or heavy equipment industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence
Nice to Have
Journeyman Parts Technician certification
Experience with Procede or similar dealership management systems
Familiarity with CAT, Cummins, Paragon, or other OEM parts lookup platforms
Previous experience supporting technicians, service departments, or commercial fleet customers
