About Us
ZeroKey is building the spatial data layer for Physical AI.
AI transformed the digital economy by capturing every keystroke as data. The physical economy has no equivalent. On a factory floor, every human action, material movement, tool motion, and assembly step is invisible to software, and therefore to AI. ZeroKey closes that gap.
Our patented Quantum RTLS® (35+ patents) is the industry’s most accurate large-scale 3D real-time location system. Using ultrasound instead of cameras, it tracks people, tools, robots, and materials across entire factories with an accuracy of 1.5 millimetres, which is over 100 times more precise than anything else on the market.
That precision is the foundation of something bigger. The spatial data from Quantum RTLS feeds OmniVisor AI™, our agentic platform that puts a dedicated AI process engineer in every work cell. Together, our two technologies process 3.3 billion positions every month and prevent more than 1.1 million production errors every year.
Production accuracy is ultimately a safety story. Automotive and aerospace OEMs trust ZeroKey to verify safety-critical assemblies, torque by torque and step by step, down to the millimetre. The buses and planes they build carry every passenger safely to their destination. Those passengers will never know our name. That is the point.
Venture-backed, headquartered in Calgary, and winner of the 16th Innovation World Cup (2025), ZeroKey is deployed by 250+ customers across 41 countries, including roughly 1 in 10 Fortune Global 500 companies. The gap between a 100x technical advantage and a market that fully knows it is a positioning problem. That's where you come in.

The Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the junction of product, marketing, and sales, owning how ZeroKey’s portfolio is positioned and launched, from segment-level messaging and competitive strategy to the enablement materials a sales rep opens five minutes before walking into a meeting. The role calls for the rare ability to translate deep tech into value two very different buyers understand: the innovation leader buying a Physical AI data layer, and the plant manager buying cycle time, error-proofing, and throughput.
You are a strong writer and a sharper thinker, someone who tests messaging against real sales calls, kills what doesn’t land, and treats a competitor’s win as a personal research project. This is a high-visibility role that reports directly to the VP, Marketing and works alongside our engineering, partnerships, customer success, and sales teams. You will own product marketing end-to-end, with the latitude and responsibility that come with setting the standard for how our technology is explained.
Key Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging across the portfolio (Quantum RTLS, the Spatial Intelligence Platform, and OmniVisor AI) tuned by segment and buyer persona.
- Lead go-to-market for product launches and major releases: launch narrative, customer-facing materials, internal enablement, and coordinated rollout with marketing and sales.
- Build and maintain the sales enablement library (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives), and keep it current as the product and the competition evolve.
- Develop customer proof alongside marketing and sales: case studies, ROI narratives, and reference stories quantified in the operational outcomes buyers actually care about.
- Track competing technologies and vendors, run win/loss analysis, and stay current on Physical AI and RTLS market narratives.
- Gather field feedback (what resonates, what stalls) and feed it back into positioning and product decisions.
- Translate product capability into customer-facing content, including website copy, presentations, product videos, and whitepapers.
- Work with the sales and partnerships teams on segment strategy for automotive, industrial, and defence audiences, and equip channel and integration partners with the messaging their sellers need.
- Support packaging and pricing decisions with market, competitor, and win/loss input.
- Define and report on product marketing performance (enablement adoption, launch results, win rate in competitive deals) and adjust based on what the numbers say.
What Success Looks Like
- In your first 90 days: you can deliver the ZeroKey story to a plant manager and to a VP of innovation without help, you have sat in on customer calls and site visits, and you have audited our existing messaging and told us plainly what is working and what is not.
- In your first six months: a refreshed positioning and messaging framework is in place, sales is using it, the enablement library has been rebuilt around it, and battlecards exist for our top competitors.
- In your first year: reps reach for your materials without being asked, we can point to competitive deals won on positioning, win/loss is a standing program rather than a one-off, and new sales hires ramp on the narrative you built.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing: the ability to compress complex technology into clear, credible, differentiated language.
- Positioning judgment: comfortable deciding what to emphasize and what to cut, then defending that choice with evidence.
- Technical fluency sufficient to work directly with engineers and translate their work for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Sales instinct: willingness to sit on calls, join site visits, take unvarnished feedback from reps, and act on it.
- Ability to prioritize independently in a lean team, own outcomes end-to-end, and make progress without a support layer beneath you.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms (we run on HubSpot) and the willingness to pull your own numbers.
