Job Overview
We are the Yukon's largest and busiest tourist destination. Each day, we welcome hundreds of guests - many arriving on tour buses, as well as road trippers, locals, and independent travellers. Our site includes a dining hall and bar, production kitchen, gift shop, museum, small cafe, petting farm, gold panning, and dog cart experiences. Each summer, we hire a dedicated team of Kitchen Assistants who help support the high-volume operations. This role focuses on food preparation, basic cooking support, dishwashing, cleaning, maintaining strict sanitation standards. Experience is an asset but not required - we value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude above all.
Our kitchen is fast-paced, repetitive, and structured around large scheduled group visits, so being organized and staying focused is essential. While our wider team sometimes helps across departments, Kitchen Hands are primarily based in the kitchen, ensuring consistency, food safety, and smooth service during peak times.
If you enjoy working behind the scenes, can handle a busy workflow, and take pride in keeping a clean, efficient kitchen, you'll fit right in. We maintain a supportive work environment and make time outside of work to explore, unwind, and enjoy everything the beautiful Yukon has to offer.
We Offer:

- Lunch Provided on Work Days
- Nature at Every Corner - Mountains, Wildlife, Endless Hiking Trails
