Kinesiologist – Neurological & Musculoskeletal Rehab

At Opal Physiotherapy & Health Clinic, we do something most clinics can't — we bridge musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation under one roof. You'll work directly alongside physiotherapists in a multidisciplinary environment.
This is a rare opportunity for a Kinesiologist who wants to go beyond routine exercise programs and develop deep, well-rounded clinical experience across two of the most complex and rewarding areas in rehabilitation.

The Role:
We're looking for a motivated, team-oriented Kinesiologist to join our growing team. This role is well-suited to a new graduate looking to build clinical experience, or a career Kinesiologist who wants to work in a collaborative, learning-focused environment. You'll deliver active rehabilitation to a diverse caseload of neurological and musculoskeletal ICBC and WSBC clients, and you'll do it with real support behind you.
What You'll Do:
Most of your time will be spent delivering one-on-one active rehabilitation sessions, with time built in for documentation, team check-ins, and program updates.
Assisting with clinic operations to maintain a safe, organized gym environment and support clinic scheduling and administrative duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:
Required -
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology
- Practicing member in good standing with BCAK
- Own professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
An Asset -
- Familiarity with ICBC active rehabilitation programs
- Experience working in a clinical setting
