Photography Intern / Photography Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Photography Intern to assist with professional photo shoots and help support the growth of our photography business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in photography, content creation, marketing, and creative entrepreneurship.
The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, eager to learn, and comfortable working both on location and behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with transporting, setting up, and managing lighting and photography equipment during shoots
- Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content for social media and marketing
- Help create content for Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing channels
- Assist with photo selection, organization, and editing in Lightroom and Photoshop
- Support general studio and shoot-day operations
- Help with basic marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain equipment organization and inventory
Qualifications
- Interest in photography, videography, marketing, or content creation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable lifting and carrying photography and lighting equipment
- Basic familiarity with photo editing softwares
- Experience with social media content creation is an asset
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends occasionally
