Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Perform service calls including leaks, drain issues, fixtures, water heaters, and general repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and pricing
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work practices
- Accurately complete job reports and service documentation
- Represent the company professionally at all job sites
Requirements:
- Valid Plumbing License (Ontario) or strong service experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of service plumbing experience preferred
- Valid G driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
