Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various residential and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, and possess experience with low voltage systems. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring technical expertise and attention to safety standards.
Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Tasks
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics efficiently
- Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code, safety regulations, and company standards
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and hours worked
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional electrical services or products while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed Electrician required. Must be RED SEAL Certified. or 3 or 4th year apprentice.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (i.e. with Boilers or HVAC) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
