The Acquisition Marketing Team develops strategy and manages the implementation of marketing campaigns to deliver against subscriber targets.
We are looking for a talented, high-energy, strategic thinker who is well versed in the principles of marketing, analytics and campaign execution to join our Bell Residential Services (BRS) Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing, and will work cross-functionally with partners throughout the organization including; marketing communications, business intelligence, reporting, sales channels and pricing.
This role will lead the development, implementation and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns.
Drive growth in key segments by playing a quarterback role from campaign conception all the way to post implementation
Campaign Ideation: Interpret marketing and customer data to identify opportunities to grow BRS product market share
Campaign Execution: work cross-functionally to bring campaigns and tactics to market
Campaign Analysis: weekly, ad hoc and post mortem campaign results analysis
Continuously look for ways to optimize current programs and drive efficiencies
Executive Exposure: Present to executives in multiple forums to share key campaign initiatives and results
Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment across key campaign stakeholders
Competitive Analysis: Weekly monitoring of the competitive landscape as it relates to product and pricing
A university degree with relevant Marketing/Campaign Execution experience
Passion for the customer, leading new ideas, working collaboratively, delivering flawlessly and continuously learning
Proven ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively
Ability to quantify and analyze customer data and provide meaningful insights along with recommendations
Demonstrated interpersonal skills – comfortable working with various channel partners and leading project teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible and able to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving & changing market environment
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
