We are hiring Production Associates for a leading manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, tube assemblies, and fluid power solutions serving a wide range of industrial and OEM customers. The company specializes in the production, assembly, packaging, and distribution of hydraulic components used in manufacturing, construction, transportation, agriculture, and heavy equipment industries.

Location: Brantford, ON
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Shift: Day Shift – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Afternoon shift may be introduced based on business needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components according to specifications
- Prepare materials and parts for production and packaging
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate production equipment and hand tools safely
- Label, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and general production support
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Steel-toe safety footwear required
