YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate with the BRPMS team in developing the vision for system deployment, tool development and deployment strategy;
Build, in collaboration with the managers of the sectors for which you're responsible, the vision of improvement as ensuring the coordination and support required with them;
Adapt the strategy according to the challenges of the different sectors and ensure the management of the deployment by the managers of the sector;
Ensure change management by building a change management plan with area managers, including the associated communication plan, to encourage participation and adherence from all employees;
Support the sectors in their process improvement actions by helping them to prioritize these processes, by offering them a proven methodology, while accompanying them in optimization workshops (eg Kaisen, Six Sigma, etc.);
Advise and coach managers and employees in the integration of their new roles and in the acquisition of skills;
Develop and provide the necessary training to integrate the philosophy and tools to deploy. The person will have to be able to develop his understanding of different tools and themes through reading, benchmarking, etc.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree or DEC in a relevant discipline;
Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in continuous improvement and process optimization in a manufacturing company;
Any experience in change management and project management is an important asset.
Ease of working in a team
Good analytical mind;
Good interpersonal relations;
Good knowledge of the different concepts of "lean manufacturing".
