Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dependable and hardworking
Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for our client's warehouse team. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience operating forklifts or reach trucks.
You will play a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations while ensuring products are handled safely and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming materials, products, and supplies
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift and/or reach truck
- Prepare and ship outgoing products and orders
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control activities
- Ensure warehouse inventory is protected against damage, loss, or shortages
- Support customer service and production teams as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Perform general warehouse duties and other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Forklift Certification required

Minimum 2 years of forklift and/or reach truck operating experience

Previous warehouse and material handling experience

Experience with inventory control systems is considered an asset

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
