Part-Time Contract Receptionist – Front End Support
Location: Hinton, AB
Employment Type: Part-Time Contracted (Employee through 3rd Party Company)
Hours: Approximately 24-32 hours per week
Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide front-line support for our field office. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors while assisting with basic office support duties.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with meeting room setup and preparation
- Monitor office supply levels and notify staff when replenishment is required
- Assist with document scanning, filing, and general office organization
- Support office events and employee activities as required
- Perform other reception-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
