Job description
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is punctual, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks independently. This is an in‑office position with a start date as soon as possible. Monday - Friday 9:00-6:00.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and confident interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. The primary responsibility for this role will be managing online customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Order entry
- Data entry
- Customer Support with e-mail inquiries, returns and exchanges.
- Answer Phone calls in professional manner.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of office.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and able to multi-task.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical.
- Positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of basic programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferable experience with Microsoft D365
- Bilingual - English/French preferred
- Preferable to have a vehicle
