Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the manufacturing and testing of ESP components in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have shop experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
What's the Job?
- Manufacture and test ESP components, including pumps, intakes, seals, and electric motors, according to established procedures.
- Follow detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.
- Operate an overhead crane safely and perform manual lifting of materials and components up to 50 lbs.
- Complete and submit monthly risk and safety reports using digital systems.
- Participate in required online training and maintain all necessary safety certifications.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance and inspections on tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support production requirements through occasional overtime as needed.
What's Needed?
- Prior experience working in a shop or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate an overhead crane safely.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check.
- Successful completion of Drug and Fit Testing.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
