Job Title: Associate
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their needs
- Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Perform various duties related to guest services, such as taking orders, serving food, or providing recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety and hygiene
- Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and ensure a positive guest experience
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to help and assist guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in guest services or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
