Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Attendant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial and commercial cleaning, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, adhering to safety standards, and supporting the overall cleanliness of the premises to promote health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Perform general custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, Residents Rooms, and common areas according to established protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures throughout the facility
- Properly handle cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safe usage and storage
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Support special cleaning projects as needed to meet facility standards
Qualifications
- A Clean Criminal Record Check
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
