Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CPA Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, corporate finance, and financial services, with proficiency in various accounting software platforms. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health and strategic planning of the organization through expert analysis, auditing, and reconciliation processes. The CPA Executive will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain precise financial records
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other platforms for bookkeeping and financial management
- Conduct auditing procedures to verify the accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare detailed account analysis reports to support decision-making processes
- Assist with payroll processing and related financial services
- Support budgeting activities by analyzing financial data and preparing forecasts
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies across all financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and systems
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and auditing practices
- Familiarity with corporate finance principles, payroll management, account analysis, and budgeting processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience working within financial services or related industries is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
