Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Administrator to join our dental practice.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk with professionalism and efficiency
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and providing excellent customer service
- Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and handle billing using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure all patient documentation is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations
- Coordinate with dental team members to facilitate smooth daily operations, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes, while maintaining organized filing systems
- Support the dental team by preparing treatment rooms, managing supply inventories, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or administrative assistant in a dental office setting.
- New grads are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Prior experience working with insurance claims processing and billing procedures
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
