Description du poste
Performs various tasks related to employees’ files using the HR Expert system.
Saves documents received by email.
Verifies that all required information is provided on the documents.
Follows up via email when there is missing information on documents for hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.
Processes hires and terminations in the HR Expert & InSync systems.
Assists in the opening (hiring) and closing (termination) of files.
Prints documents and labels to identify employees' physical records.
Updates and files employees’ records.
Performs any other related duties.
DEC (College diploma) in Accounting or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Intermediate level with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work autonomously within a team
Good communication skills
Good sense of organization and priorities
Timeliness and precision

This is a full-time position.
