Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special styling requests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products and promote salon services confidently.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members alike.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
