We are currently looking to find some energetic and inspired staff to be part of an incredible kitchen team.

The restaurant is modern in style and atmosphere. The Butcher Chef Will be a boutique and premium steakhouse. We source only the best ingredients & products, keeping local as much as possible. All of our food will be prepared in house. Staff and ingredients are what we invest in to create the best dinning possible.

We are currently looking to hire a Sous chef that has strong experience. Meat Butchery and preparation skills are a strong asset. A infectious positive & inspiring attitude that creates a positive environment is a must! The Sous Chefs will work closely with the Chef to help with the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency is kept at the highest standards.

a minimum of 2 years fine dinning sous experience is required!

Also looking to hire 3 Line Cooks that have a real passion for food and cuisine. 1 to 3 years experience is preferred. The Line Cooks will be responsible for daily production and quality of the cuisine. We encourage all of our kitchen staff to be inspired and eager to create.
