Courier Delivery Driver (Cargo Van / Dodge Grand Caravan)
Position: Minivan Owner operator( Vans like Dodge Caravan or big sprinters)

We are looking for reliable and motivated Courier Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will use their own or company Cargo Van, Dodge Grand Caravan, Ford Transit, Sprinter, or similar vehicle to deliver small parcels and packages on a dedicated delivery route. This position is similar to an Amazon parcel delivery driver.
Job Responsibilities
* Deliver small packages and parcels safely and on time.
* Follow a pre-planned delivery route using a delivery app.
* Load and organize packages before starting the route.
* Scan packages at pickup and delivery.
* Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
* Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
* Complete daily vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
* Return any undelivered packages to the designated station.
Requirements
* Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
* Own a Cargo Van, Dodge Grand Caravan, Ford Transit, Sprinter.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
* Comfortable driving for extended periods.
* Able to use a smartphone and GPS navigation.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
* Clean driver’s abstract and ability to pass a background check
Work Schedule
* Full-time, permanent position.
* Morning start times.
* Weekend availability may be required.
Compensation
* Paid per delivered package.
* Consistent routes with steady work available.
* High earning potential based on route volume and performance.
