Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Use POS systems like Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Ensure all food safety and food handling protocols are followed diligently
- Manage cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Restock supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to safety policies
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage preparation techniques
