We are looking for someone that enjoys providing excellent customer service, demonstrates a high energy and enjoys working in a team and likes physical work. Our Operations Supervisors are high-energy individuals who are proactive and self-motivated. You can take the lead, contribute to a great culture, lead a small team and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):
- Servicing our customers, by estimating jobs and loading the trucks with your team
- Driving our 1-800-GOT-JUNK trucks ( No CDL Required )
- Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring the satisfaction of customers
- Execute ground game marketing activities
- Maintaining accurate information related to sales and estimates
- Offload the truck at transfer stations and landfills
- Achievement of all operational goals
- Train and coach Truck Team Members enhancing performance
- Lead a team of other Truck Team Members managing customer, safety and business activities
To qualify, candidates must possess:
- Customer relationship experience
- A safety mindset
- Leading and motivating a small team
- Planning and organizing
- Physical ability to work 8-12 hours per day and load multiple truck loads
- Outgoing with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong sales and service skills
- Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
- Willing to participate in a back ground check
- Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations
