Job Overview
We are seeking a Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store's inventory is organized and readily available for customers.
Duties
- Maintain and organize inventory on shelves and in storage areas
- Assist with restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Keep track of stock levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Clean and organize the stockroom and sales floor as needed
Skills
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures is a plus
- Bilingual skills are advantageous for interacting with diverse customers
- Knowledge of operating a forklift is beneficial
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$24.05 per hour
