Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their automotive needs.
- Explain repair procedures and estimates clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our company's values.
- Assist in promoting dealership services and specials.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to upsell services effectively without pressure.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with automotive repair processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
