About Finding Focus
Finding Focus is Canada’s largest virtual ADHD and mental health clinic, supporting children (ages 12+), youth, and adults across the country. Our interdisciplinary team works with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, addictions, eating disorders, and complex neurodevelopmental profiles.
We offer a streamlined virtual workflow, full administrative support, and optional access to our proprietary AI documentation assistant, built to reduce charting fatigue and enhance efficiency. With virtual infrastructure across all provinces and on-site office space in major cities (e.g., Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary), our model is built for flexibility and reach.
The Opportunity
We are actively recruiting psychiatrists licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC), including those who reside outside of BC and wish to provide virtual psychiatric assessments to BC patients under a private-pay model.
You'll help facilitate and confirm diagnoses (particularly ADHD and comorbidities) for patients aged 12 and up. Referrals are fully pre-screened by our internal team and come with detailed intake packages that may include:
- Teacher and parent SNAP-IV forms
- Report cards, developmental history, and clinical screeners
- Notes from our in-house nurse practitioners and therapists, who are all trained in GIM, neurodevelopmental disorders, separate CADDRA training, addictions and substance use disorders training, eating disorders training and more!

- Review comprehensive intake materials and provide diagnostic impressions
- Write concise reports with treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with our NPs, therapists, and intake team
- Optionally use our AI documentation assistant to streamline charting
- Optionally work from our in-person offices if preferred
