What will your typical day look like?
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced consultant to support significant business transformation and change management initiatives. This role will be instrumental in the transformation of Deloitte Global’s HR operating model. The ideal candidate will have a human capital or strategy consulting background with strong change management, communication, organization design, organizational transformation and project management skills. The ideal candidate has experience developing and delivering change management solutions and previous experience.
Other responsibilities include:
Overall change management approach development, execution and tracking while assisting in developing organizational change management solutions for Deloitte Global
Support in the development of the overall change management strategy by participating in and identifying change impacts during ongoing working session and end to end process re-design sessions
Partner with COE leaders and managed services providers to support workforce transition (i.e., training) initiatives for all identified change impacts
Support multiple transformation initiatives or project workstreams simultaneously, working with People leaders, technology team members, and stakeholder groups across all Deloitte Global business units
Manage and implement core change management activities while working with cross-functional teams to execute on change strategies and activities.
Drive stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment & engagement, change communications, change readiness assessment, impact analysis, learning and post launch support

Yoi are someone with:
5+ years’ experience in a human capital or strategy consulting role or related field. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices and their application to global technology projects
Significant change management, transformation, and organizational design experience required, preferably on global projects/initiatives
Strong knowledge of human resources service areas (i.e., separations, mobility, compensation, etc.) and ability to quickly learn the variations to processes within our organization
Strong project manager who can design and take initiatives from abstract to concrete. Able to manage competing, high-priority demands, prioritizing workload, managing projects and multiple responsibilities against strict deadlines
Strong demonstration of analytical skills and ability to prepare executive ready materials, including mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
