The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
As a Sales Associate, you are the energy of our kiosk. You will be the first point of contact for mall traffic, helping customers find the perfect pieces to elevate their style.
- Bring the Energy: Welcome every customer with genuine enthusiasm, introduce them to our collections, and smash your daily sales goals.
- Style the Client: Act as a personal stylist. Help customers mix, match, and layer chains, pendants, bracelets, and rings.
- Keep It Iced Out: Maintain the flawless presentation of our 10x15’ display cases. Every piece needs to stay shining and perfectly aligned.
- Secure the Bag: Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system, and strictly follow loss-prevention guidelines to protect our high-value inventory.
