Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Inventory & Production Co-ordinator to oversee and optimize supply chain operations, inventory management, and production planning. This role involves coordinating procurement, demand forecasting, and warehouse distribution to ensure seamless order fulfillment and materials management. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes to support operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
(a) Maintain and manage mywall inventory in excel, including tracking incoming and outgoing materials and hardware.
(b) Manage and maintain inventory levels, including performing regular cycle counts, monitoring stock levels, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
(c) Order extrusions, hardware and other supplies from approved suppliers as required.
(d) Develop an in-depth knowledge of the various mywall extrusions, and all other components that comprise the demountable wall partition system.
(e) Source components and hardware for custom or non-standard project requirements.
(f) Generate workorder & pick list for production. Become familiar with glass ordering procedures and provide support as needed.
(g) Assist with CGOS-related tasks and responsibilities.
(h) Primarily work from the mywall office, with occasional site visits as required.
(i) Performing all ancillary duties thereto as well as any other duties and projects that may from time to time be required.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and managing stock levels.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, production coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Ability to coordinate purchasing activities, generate work orders and pick lists, and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn the mywall demountable wall partition system, including extrusions, hardware, and related components.
- Experience with inventory management software is an asset.
- Experience with CAD software is considered an asset; however, candidates who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to work from the office with occasional site visits.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
