What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Lead & Supervise: Manage, motivate, and support team members across multiple locations to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure every customer receives top-tier service and leaves with a clean car and a smile.
- Technical Maintenance: Get hands-on training to handle mechanical equipment maintenance and basic repairs (ideal for the mechanically minded!).
- Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Who You Are (Requirements):
- Reliable Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle and the ability to travel between local business locations.
- The Right Attitude: Ambitious, reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- People Person: Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset.
- The Basics: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or operations is preferred (but overall potential matters most!).
- Leadership Aptitude: Some supervisory experience is a plus, but a natural ability to lead and take charge is what we are really looking for.
