Busy Minds Education® is looking for energetic, engaging and dependable Kids Enrichment Program Leaders to join our Peel Region team for the 2026–27 school year.
Think camp counselor energy meets amazing preschool educator — warm, expressive, playful, confident and able to capture the attention of a room full of little ones.
We bring enrichment programs directly into childcares and schools throughout the GTA, Peel, Halton, York Region and beyond.
You do NOT need to teach every program.
We're looking for exceptional people first. We'll match you with the programs that best fit your skills, experience and personality — and provide training and ready-to-teach curriculum.
YOU MIGHT TEACH...
Little Yogis Academy® - Playful yoga, mindfulness, breathing, stories and movement.
DanceFit - High-energy dance, music and movement.
Play Gym - Active games, sports skills, obstacle courses and gross-motor activities.
Depending on your background, you may become approved to teach one, two or all three programs.

EXPERIENCE WE LOVE
We're especially interested in:
- ECEs and ECE students
- Teachers and education students
- Camp counsellors and recreation leaders
- Dance instructors and dancers
- Yoga instructors
- Gymnastics, sports and movement coaches
- Children's entertainers
- Fitness instructors
- Anyone with significant experience leading groups of young children
Formal experience in every program is not required.
If you're incredible with kids and have the right energy, we can teach you our programs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Previous experience working with children
- Confidence leading groups independently
- Availability during weekday daytime and/or after-school hours
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations within Peel Region
- Ability to commit consistently to recurring programs
- Vulnerable Sector Check and required screening
- A positive, professional attitude
Experience with children ages 2–6 is a major asset.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to follow a lesson plan.
We're looking for the instructor children run to the door to see every week.
Someone with a big heart, big energy and the confidence to turn an ordinary childcare classroom into the best part of a child's day.
We can teach you our programs. We can't teach you to love working with kids.
