Senior Construction Surveyor / Construction Geomatics Specialist
Don-More Surveys & Engineering Ltd. (DMSE)
Saint John, New Brunswick
Build Better.
At DMSE, we don't believe surveying starts and ends with property boundaries.
We believe exceptional surveying is one of the most important parts of the construction process.
Every day, our surveyors work alongside contractors, engineers, developers, and project managers to ensure projects are built accurately, efficiently, and right the first time.
If your idea of surveying is simply staking points from a CAD file, this probably isn't the position for you.
But if you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with construction professionals, and becoming a trusted member of the project team, we'd like to hear from you.
About DMSE
DMSE is one of New Brunswick's leading surveying, engineering, geomatics, planning, and land development consulting firms. Based in Saint John, our multidisciplinary team supports private developers, municipalities, contractors, government agencies, and landowners through every stage of the development process.
Our surveyors are more than technicians—they are trusted advisors who help bring projects to life with precision, efficiency, and practical field expertise.
What You'll Do
No two days are the same.
One morning you may be laying out the foundation for a commercial building.
That afternoon, you could be assisting an excavation contractor with grading challenges, coordinating layout revisions with our engineering team, performing laser scans of an existing structure, or helping a superintendent solve a construction sequencing issue.
Our clients don't simply hire us to locate points.
They rely on us to understand what they're building—and help them build it better.
As part of DMSE's construction team, you'll become a trusted extension of your clients' operations.
