TCG Machines is growing fast, and we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Crew Member to help build, test, and prepare the products that power our rapidly expanding global business.
We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, quality control processes, and production equipment.
Our flagship product, the PhyzBatch-9000, is the world's fastest trading card sorter. It helps card stores, distributors, and major TCG businesses scan, price, sort, and process trading cards at scale. We are now active in 20+ countries with 400+ machines running worldwide, delivering cutting-edge technology and world-class customer support to collectors and businesses across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the assembly of sub-assemblies and machine modules according to established procedures and specifications
- Perform QA/QC inspections on parts, components, and completed assemblies
- Conduct quality and function testing to ensure products meet company standards
- Carry out commissioning procedures and accurately record production data
- Assist with post-processing, finishing, and preparation of manufactured and 3D printed components
- Support the daily operation of 3D printers and help maintain organization of printed parts and materials
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality or production issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Support production, packaging, and other operational activities as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures
- Comfortable performing hands-on assembly, testing, and production work
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehousing, or technical environments is considered an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical or electromechanical assembly
- Experience performing quality control or product testing
- Experience operating or working around 3D printing equipment
- Basic mechanical or technical troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with trading card games, gaming culture, collectibles, or hobby industries is considered an asset
