ARC Counselling is a respected private practice in the heart of downtown Vancouver, specializing in anxiety and related concerns. We are currently seeking an Associate Counsellor (RCC or RSW) to join our growing team. This contractor opportunity is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about their clinical work and is looking for the support and resources of an established practice while avoiding the isolation and business stress that can come with running a solo practice.

What You Bring:
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree (minumum) in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensing: Current registration and good standing with BCACC (RCC) or BCCSW (RSW).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience providing therapy for adults, particularly with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships.
- Ethical Practice: Active professional liability insurance and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Caseload: Commitment to seeing at least 15 clients per week.
- Therapeutic Style: A warm, balanced, and relational approach to therapy.
- Availability: Capacity to provide both in-person and virtual services, including some weekday evening appointments.
