Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers in person at the shop and via phone and other communication channels to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skill and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests for shipping, printing, package handling, passport photo, mailbox setups and more!
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently for shipping as well as for customer mailbox accounts and invoicing.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue for faster shipping speeds, higher quality prints, as well as for longer mailbox renewals.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Maintain clear, effective communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Hindi/Punjabi as needed
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
- Keep the shop clean at all times will a cleaning cycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu is highly desirable
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and feedback
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling techniques is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
