Emerald Health Therapeutics (EHT) is a Health Canada Licensed Producer of medical and adult-use cannabis and cannabis derivatives. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Service Representative is our first line of communication with our clients including patients, caregivers and physicians. The CSR provides patient care support by analyzing and verifying the accuracy of patient registration and order information in a timely manner and initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of patient satisfaction is maintained.
Responding to client inquires by telephone, e-mail and through on-line registration system
Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of patient registration information
Process client orders and sales transactions
Provides information about products and makes recommendations based on patient need and accurately places orders
Initiates required action for response to patient service requests including maintaining patient files and communicating information to the appropriate personnel/departments
Collect feedback based on patient follow-up calls
Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the patient care department as a whole
Manage databases and extract data for reporting
Skills, Experience and Education:
Client service or direct marketing experience is important for this role
Call center experience an asset
Being friendly, compassionate and caring
The ability to take initiative and provide solution-based communication
Skillful at conveying information and ideas concisely and correcting issues promptly and professionally
Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to work under pressure
Proven ability with Microsoft Office
Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Thorough understanding of Health Canada’s Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) as it pertains to patient care
Must have the ability to obtain A/RPIC status as per Health Canada’s Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulation
Knowledge of cannabis is an asset
A diploma in Business Administration would be an asset
Being Bilingual would be an asset
