We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Client Care & Scheduling Coordinator to be the primary point of contact between our clients, field crews, and internal team. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through job completion.

Client Care & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and service requests
- Provide professional, timely, and friendly communication to clients, property managers, and stakeholders
- Set clear expectations with clients regarding timelines, scheduling, and next steps
- Handle client questions, changes, and concerns with empathy and confidence
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and property managers
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule crews efficiently based on job scope, urgency, and availability
- Coordinate job start dates, site access, and work windows with clients
- Adjust schedules as needed due to weather, site conditions, or priority changes
- Ensure crews receive accurate job details, locations, and timelines
- Confirm appointments and proactively communicate any schedule changes
Administrative & Operational Support
- Create and manage work orders and job information in internal systems
- Ensure job scopes are complete and accurate before crews are dispatched
- Track job status and follow up to confirm completion
- Support project managers and operations with scheduling updates and reporting
- Maintain organized records and documentation

- Familiarity with work orders, dispatching, or field coordination is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
