Tire Technician
Role Purpose
Install, repair, inspect, and maintain tires while ensuring vehicle safety and delivering quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove, install, and replace tires using specialized equipment and tools.
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper air pressure.
- Perform wheel balancing and assist with alignments.
- Maintain tire service equipment and tools.
- Answer customer questions and provide tire recommendations.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with other automotive maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and workplace safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a dealership, tire shop, or automotive repair environment.
- Knowledge of tires, wheels, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment.

- Tuesday to Saturday
- Full-time position
- Overtime may be available based on operational requirements
Key Responsibilities

- Inspect tires for wear, damage, punctures, and proper inflation.
- Perform wheel balancing and assist with wheel alignments.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of tire service equipment.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
- Provide professional assistance and recommendations to customers regarding tire services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general automotive maintenance and repair tasks as required.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in an automotive repair/dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tires, wheels, and vehicle maintenance.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and tire service equipment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
