Job Overview
The Warehouse Administrator / Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and administrative coordination. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and documentation management to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and shipments.
- Process and track inventory levels and perform audits.
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Scan, read, and label packages.
- Sort packages and materials efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers safely.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering inventory.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Utilize warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Report safety concerns or incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist with any other tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Able to follow directions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and 150 lbs with assistance.
- Able to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods.
- Prior warehouse distribution, logistics, or administration experience preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

- Knowledge of warehouse tools, equipment, and inventory systems.

Certifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse operations, logistics support, or warehouse administration experience a must.
- Forklift certification considered an asset. Will train in house but must have at least 5 years full time experience operating both forklift and clamp truck.
- Additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Certified or trained in forklift operation, with proven ability to handle equipment safely and efficiently.
Time: 07:00am - 03:00pm
Workdays: Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
