*Job Summary*
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, handle transactions, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, counters, and restrooms
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and handle complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and store objectives
- Smart Serve certification is required (if you don't have it, please obtain it before starting)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
