Wescast is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator or our North American Business Unit located in Wingham, Ontario.

Reporting to the Finance Leader, this position is responsible for the Executive, Corporate and Business Unit payrolls, ensuring compliance with government legislation and company policies. Administers North American Business Unit and plant payrolls.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University or college degree with 3-5 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits and CPM designation
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems, analysis and design in a large organization
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively through various means with internal and external customers
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Travel and flexible work hours required
